DAILY RATES INCLUDE:
- Airport pick-up and return, Windhoek.
- Acommodation, meals & laundry service.
- Services of a Master hunting guide, trackers and skinners.
- All ground transportation of trophies on hunting ground.
- VAT on Daily rates & Trophies
- Non-alcoholic beverages
NOT INCLUDED:
- All travel and accommodation prior to and after the safari.
- Trophy fees for all animals, taken, or wounded and lost.
- Rental of weapons and / or ammunition.
- Telephone Calls.
- Alcoholic Beverages
Please Note:
- Any day with weapon on hunting vehicle is regarded as hunting day.
- Staff tips at clients own discretion.
- 50% of daily rate for trip is required to secure booking, refundable only if cancelled 60 days prior to hunt.
- Arrival day and departure day is considered as one hunting day.
- Hunter will be charged U$/€ 0.7 p/km for special arranged species outside our hunting area.
Tours
Day tours will be charged at observer rate per person & U$/€ 0.7 p/km driven. Meals will be paid for by client for client and driver. Overnight Tours will be charged at U$ 90 /€ 80 for driver p/day & U$/€ 0.70 p/km driven. Accommodation & meals for client and driver will be paid by client.
